Objekat se nalazi pored glavnog puta koji vodi ka Staroj planini, u selu Crni vrh. Nema drugih objekata u blizini, te zaista mozete uzivati u miru i slusati zubor Goleme reke koja protice ispod samog objekta. Sadrzaj apartmana je takav da odgovara i jednoj porodici koja ce uzivati u carima prirode ili nekom drustvu. Staza Konjarnik je udaljena 4.5 km od smestaja, dok se do Gondole stize sa nekih 15ak minuta voznje(11km).
Planina je sama po sebi carobna i pruza neverovatan osecaj, kako zimi, tako i u letnjim mesecima. Poseta restoranu Plaza je neizostavna prilikom izlaska na planinu i pogled sa vidikovca. U okolini mozete posetiti Manastir Sv.Djordja u Temskoj, vodopad Bigar i Bigrove slapove , kao i manastir Sv.Onufrija koji se nalazi odmah iznad Bigrovih slapova. Na putu od Kalne ka smestaju,.u selu Balta Berilovac se nalazi Muzej skolstva Stare planine.
