The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a refrigerator, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, all dishes, a dishwasher and a washing and drying machine. The living area has a bar and two bar chairs, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The view from the apartment faces the park. The apartment also has an ironing board and an iron. The building has a new elevator.
