Banja Vrujci obiluje termalnim izvorima lekovite vode i blata. Termalne vode u Banji Vrujci imaju temperature od 26 - 28°C i sadrže kalijum, magnezijum i selen. Termalne vode iz dubine iznose najfiniji mulj koji je bogat mineralnim i radioaktivnim materijama. Vode ga polažu u blizini izvora i duž reke Toplice koja protiče kroz banju.
