Objekat se nalazi van urbane zone u prirodi,izolovan i okružen šumom.Kuca se sastoji od prizemlja, terase i potkrovlja. U prizemlju se nalazi ugaona garnitura na razvlačenje u kojoj mogu da spavaju dvoje,TV sa kablovskom i klima sa kojom se prizemlje po potrebi greje i hladi, takodje u prizemlju se nalazi kompletno opremljena kuhinja i toalet sa tušem.Stepenice koje vode ka potkrovlju su spoljne.U potkrovlju se nalazi bračni ležaj i jedan običan ležaj za jednu osobu,TV sa kablovskom, greje se uz pomoć uljanog radijatora a hladi klimom.Kompletan objekat sa dvorištem je pokriven WI FI.Inače parking je javni i nalazi na glavnom putu, do objekta se izlazi peške usponom za nekih 3 do 5 minuta(može da predstavlja problem osobama koje imaju problem sa kretanjem). Objekat je nov,ukupna površina dvorišta je 14 ari. Na samoj ivici placa nalazi se odvojena terasa sa pogledom na najširi deo Dunava na celom svom toku, sa radom smo počeli prvog maja 2019 godine.
