Property info

Our Residence is located in a heart of the city center, just 3-5 minutes walk from main pedestrian zone, and 2 minutes walk from Kalemegdan-Belgrade's fortress that imparts rich history and, at the same time, tends to be a park of nature ideal for rest and relaxation. Since the street where we are situated is quiet, in the middle of our Residence is patio, open for guests, providing garden view for some of the rooms. Free wi-fi can be used anywhere in our object.

Neighborhood info

In our neighbourhood can be found something for everyone. Belgrade's widely known streets as Skadarlija, Knez Mihailova, Strahinjica Bana are zones that pulling tradition since the time, of famous restaurants, bars, shops... These zones are very close but far enough so Central Park Residence can stay tucked in a peacful area. Markets that are open 24h, many choices for breakfast, park of nature and etc can be found in a very close neighbourhood.
