A tiny, yet cozy studio (20 square meters) with a garden for guests to use. Recently renovated and very quiet and private. Accommodates a single traveler or a couple. Located in a second building in the city center, it is ideal for relaxed guests, wrong for those with fancy expectations. Fast internet and cable TV are at guests' disposition. We keep a private garage in the same street; it must be booked in advance, and it is charged separately, 15 euro per day. Check-in and check-out time for the garage are the same as for the studio. If you decide to stay here, you will be in a neighborhood with long, yet specific urban cultural tradition. The entrance to the building leads through an old-fashioned courtyard where families live, so guests are kindly asked to respect their privacy. We also keep cats; if you don't like cats, it might be better to look for another accommodation. The studio itself is small, and guests should not expect what is not in the photos; please take a good look at the photos before you decide to book. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this rule will immediately be reported to the authorities

The studio is located in one of the most popular streets in Belgrade, where many states have embassies: Belgium, Hungary, Turkey, Brasil, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Otherwise, the street is mainly residential. The street is named after the Royal Court Palace placed at its beginning. 3-minute walk takes you to main Belgrade streets: King Milan (Kralja Milana) and Boulevard of King Alexander (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra), where many cafes, restaurants and all kinds of shops can be found, including a supermarket working around the clock. 10-minute walk takes you to the city center - Terazije Square and Knez Mihailova street - pedestrian and main shopping zone. The airport shuttle final stop is 5 minutes from the Studio, across the street to hotel Hilton. Very close to the Studio is the Museum of Nikola Tesla - the inventor of electricity. A bit further is the picturesque green market Kalenića pijaca, offering fresh fruit and vegetables. Around the corner is St. Marco church, 10 minutes by foot are the gorgeous St. Sava church and the National Library. Many University departments and hospitals are at walking distance from the Studio. This is an experience fit for curious travelers.
