The Pajović household is more than 200 years old and is located in Šumadija region, the village of Srezojevci, municipality of Gornji Milanovac, at 1hour30 minutes (125 km) from Belgrade by the Miloš Veliki highway, and 22 km from Čačak and Gornji Milanovac. It spreads over 13 hectares of land, and it is surrounded by oak and cherry forests, plum and other fruits orchards. The household is supplied with water from a cold spring that springs in the meadow below the house. At an altitude of about 600m it captivates one’s attention with amazingly fresh air. In the first phase of the household’s development, the guests will be able to enjoy the entire household under their own direction, whatever that would be a vacation in nature, a celebration, team building or something else.
