Vila je lepo uredjena i nalazi se na samo 4.5 kilometara od centra Kragujevca na glavnom asfaltnom putu i lokaciji koja pruza prelep pogled na Kragujevac, park Sumarice kao i Gledicke planine u daljini. Vila poseduje trem sa lepom ugaonom garniturom koja pruza mogucnost pravog letnjeg uzivanja i odmora. U produzetku je otvorena terasa sa lezaljkama pored bazena za kupanje velicine 6x3 metara.Bazen poseduje grejace i gosti se mogu kupati i tokom losijih vremenskih uslova. Ceo ambijent je lepo uredjen i pruza izuzetan osecaj intimnosti i privatnosti. Ispred vile se nalazi uredjeni parking koji je zasticen kapijom na zakljucavanje.
