U ponudi su dva apartmana, jedan za maksimalno 6 i drugi za maksimalno 3 osobe. Nalaze se u tihom delu grada, a ne tako daleko od samog centra. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se restorani, marketi (Idea, Spin, Zlatan Trag...), Pepco, Sinsei, Metro obuće, Opšta bolnica, Dom zdravlja, Specijalna bolnica za lečenje steriliteta Spebo, DCM, Vip medical, Medilab. Restorani (Malaga, Krčma, Zajac, Etno brvnara Groš i drugi...
U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se restorani, marketi (Idea, Spin, Zlatan Trag...), Pepco, Sinsei, Metro obuće, Opšta bolnica, Dom zdravlja, Specijalna bolnica za lečenje steriliteta Spebo, DCM, Vip medical, Medilab.
