🏡 Lakefront cottage on the shore of Lake Zvornik with a private pontoon and beautiful lake views. Enjoy peace, nature, and a relaxing stay in Čitluk, Serbia, just 12 km from Mali Zvornik, 40 km from Loznica, and 170 km from Belgrade and Novi Sad. The cottage is arranged on two levels. The ground floor features a spacious summer house, summer kitchen, barbecue area, pantry, and toilet. Upstairs there is a comfortable 20 m² room with a double bed and pull-out sofa, opening onto a 10 m² terrace above the water, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, inverter air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, and a large 5 m Intex pool. Guests can enjoy a spacious yard, barbecue equipment, private pontoon with ladder, sunbathing area, and boat use upon prior arrangement. Ideal for families, couples, friends, and fishermen. Suitable for birthdays and smaller private celebrations. Nearby attractions include Soko Grad, Mačkov Kamen, Banja Koviljača, and the Underground City in Mali Zvornik. A shop is only 1 km away.
