The property is newly built, modern, and fully equipped to meet the needs of contemporary living. It is ideally located: just 50 m from the Main Bus Station, 50 m from Maxi supermarket, and 100 m from Lidl, behind which a large BIG shopping center has recently opened. The General Hospital is 600 m away. Nearby, you’ll also find the main pedestrian street filled with cafes and restaurants, as well as Zorka Hall. The city swimming pool is approximately 1 km away – about a 3–5 minute drive or a 12–15 minute walk. It will be my pleasure to host you and make your stay as comfortable, pleasant, and memorable as possible. Welcome!
