- Stan se nalazi u samom centru Šapca, prekoputa hotela “Sloboda” na 50m udaljenosti od pešačke zone, Šabačkog pozorišta, Gradskog trga i ostalih znamenitosti. - Sve što vam može zatrebati je na dohvat ruke - odlično opremljen market, bankomat, apoteka i menjačnica. Takodje, u neposrednoj blizini zgrade su i brojni kafići, fast-food, restorani i ostali ugostiteljski objekti. - Za goste koji bi zeleli da vazbaju tokom boravka, obezbedjena je prostirka za jogu.
