Our perfect location in the city center makes our studios an ideal choice for families, couples, and friends. The property is located in the very heart of Belgrade, within a pedestrian zone, just a few minutes’ walk from many of the city’s most important landmarks, cultural institutions, and attractions. The building is safe and well-maintained, with 24-hour video surveillance covering all common areas. There is an elevator in the building that operates up to the 4th floor, while the studios are located on the 5th floor and can be reached easily by several stairs. Public garages and parking facilities are available nearby, as well as the main pedestrian areas of the city. All units are fully renovated, air-conditioned, and carefully equipped to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay in Belgrade.
