A one-of-a-kind stay within the Rwanda African Art Museum (RAAM), where art, memory, and daily life exist as one. Located in Nyanza, this is not simply a place to visit, but a space to inhabit. This museum offers three self-contained rooms. Staying overnight, with free access to the exhibition halls, is an experience for our guests. The Rwanda African Art Museum usually hosts resident artists, and by extension, we welcome visitors to stay overnight as part of this shared experience.
The Rwanda African Art Museum (RAAM) is a retirement project. We are delighted to share the joy of art and beauty with our visitors.
Nyanza is a small city, more like a village. It was once the capital of Rwanda and served as the residence of the King of Rwanda until 1961. The city promotes itself as “Royal Nyanza.” It is a low-density city, clean and tranquil. In addition to two other museums that are worth visiting, our guests are invited to explore the neighborhood by hiking along three exclusive, internationally certified trails.
