Please be advised that throughout the month of Ramadan, all reservations with the "Breakfast" package will be replaced with Iftar.

Reservations made without a credit card or with an invalid credit card must be re-confirmed with the hotel. The hotel maintains the right to cancel the reservation at any time after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The hotel shall not be held liable for the non-availability.

Starting from January 2025, we will be doing some hotel and suite restoration and maintenance work. During these times, there may be noise on the hotel grounds. We sincerely regret any trouble this may bring you.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Please inform Dar Al Iman InterContinental, an IHG Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of SAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to noncompliance of these requirements."

Hotel Policies

During Ramadan, reservations that include breakfast will receive Iftar instead.

Reservations without a valid credit card guarantee must be secured before arrival. The hotel may cancel unguaranteed reservations after 6:00 PM on the arrival date.

The hotel is currently undergoing scheduled renovation and maintenance works. While disruptions will be minimized, some noise may occasionally occur.

Guests must present:

A valid government-issued photo ID, and

The same credit card used for booking or prepayment at check-in.

If the cardholder is not present or the card cannot be verified, an alternative payment method may be required, and the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation.

Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are requested to provide their expected arrival time before arrival.

If payment by bank transfer is applicable, instructions will be sent after the reservation is confirmed.

A refundable security deposit of SAR 500 may be collected upon arrival by credit card. The deposit will be released after check-out, subject to a satisfactory room inspection.
