The InterContinental Taif is a luxury hotel in the popular resort area of the Hejaz Mountains. Situated at an elevation of 5577 feet, this 5-star hotel is the perfect spot to enjoy the cooler temperatures, mountain air and picturesque surroundings. The InterContinental has 179 elegant and comfortable guest accommodations. Each room is beautifully furnished and boasts a range of modern amenities including DVD players and satellite TV. Many of the rooms overlook the pretty landscaped gardens or King Abdullah’s Palace. Leisure facilities at the hotel include an indoor swimming pool, tennis court and gym. There is also a children’s play area. The popular Hawazen Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests are able to enjoy a truly international range of cuisines here, including Arabic, Chinese, Italian and Asian foods. It is also possible to dine outside in the pretty gardens. The InterContinental Taif is well-placed to explore some of the area’s top attractions, including Al Hada Mountain, Shubra Palace and King Fahd Park.
