Enjoy a charming family apartment, new with high privacy, and a great location. This upscale apartment features smart entry and is fully air-conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Also, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. It also has 2 balconies and the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is soundproofed and offers a private entrance for added privacy. The modernly designed building features a high security and safety system at entry and exit, an electric elevator and a unified waste dump inside the building. In addition, the building has a spacious, securely enclosed inner yard equipped as a garden with green spaces, a swimming pool and a rain shower. It also contains a seating area, a children's play area, a gym and a high-end council for the building's residents to host guests. In addition, there is one free private parking space for the apartment.
The apartment is in a distinguished location in Al Hamra district in Al Khobar city.
