Enjoy a charming new family apartment with high privacy and an excellent location. This upscale apartment features smart entry and is fully air-conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV. Also, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in addition to 3 bathrooms. It also has two balconies and the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The property is soundproofed and provides a private entrance for more privacy. The modernly designed building features a high security and safety system when entering and exiting, an electric elevator and a unified waste dump inside the building. Also, the building has a spacious, securely enclosed internal courtyard equipped as a garden with green spaces, a swimming pool and a rain shower. It also contains a seating area, a children's play area, a gym and a high-end council for the building's residents to host guests. Also, there is one free private parking for the apartment. The apartment is located in a very distinguished location in Al-Hamra district in Al-Khobar city. It is located 4 minutes from King Fahd Bridge, 4 minutes from Al-Shabili Mall and next to it is a garden and a walkway.
