The property is located close to the parliament house right above the CDB. A bus service is right in front of the gate and takes you a 3 minutes ride down into town. The property is located in a convinient location allowing walking distance to CDB, Hotels, night clubs, hospital, Catholic cathedral, US war memorial etc.

The neighbourhood comprise of a suborban area located on a ridge right above the CDB. Working class citizens residential blocks located east and western side of the property. The parliament house , US war memorial, clinics, Catholic cathedral, Universities, Hotels, night clubs, gyms etc are walking distance
