Company info

We established the Company in 2018 to enable us to rent out our home as a self catering option to holiday makers. Seychelles ask that you ensure the comfort and safety of all guests using the facility which we have done. This was all finalised in January 2019 where we obtained our Licence from the Tourism Agency to rent out our home to guests. We have since added two more bedrooms [Completed in August 2024] to our Upper Villa. We will now be able to accommodate parties of 12 people sharing.

For those who have decided to spend their holidays in the beautiful Seychelles Islands we welcome you. Our Villas with six en-suite luxury bedrooms and two spacious lounges and fully equipped kitchens and laundries welcome you to Coconut Climb. You have access to the beaches of your choice and the closest being Beau Vallon Beach, a 15 minute Drive. Victoria City for all your shopping is a 10 minute Drive. For the nature lovers, there are various Forest Trails within walking distance. We have stunning mountain and sea views. We have a wonderful plunge pool to cool off in. Perfect for Families, couples and large groups. It is a Home away from Home experience.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is where Bernard [The Owner] grew up as young boy before embarking on his career in South Africa. The property was cleaned and building started in 2009 and was completed in 2011. Bernard wanted to be close to his family so the property is surrounded by Family and close friends. When building the house Bernard requested that the flat area in front of the building remained [making building the house a challenge] so that the children in the neighborhood could play on the flat piece of land that he had played on as a boy.
