Côté Sud has a 2 bedroom villa with small Plunge Pool exclusively for guests of this villa and other 2 houses with NO POOL. Ideal for a tranquil getaway. Spacious veranda overlooking a manicured garden with tropical flowers and fruit trees. 3 Supermarkets at 5 minutes drive away. Bank, Fish, fruits, veg. Market at Anse Royal 10 mins drive fr Coté Sud. Nice beaches near
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO CôTE SUD – 40 MINS. At the EXIT GATE of the Airport turn left – There is only 1 coastal road to Intendance Road so always go straight. After 35 minutes of driving (after a few curves on the road) you will reach a police station -Quatre Bornes Police Station on your right. Turn left IMMEDIATELY on a cement road which is Intendance Road - continue straight down. After about 600m you will see on your right a bus stop - Turn immediately right on a private alley where there is a little round house with a sign board written COTE SUD. The private alley will take you down to Côté Sud, A big white house with red roof. From Jetty of Catcocos Boat – (60mins. drive) Follow Flamboyant AVE 5th June Ave, Providence Highway , East Coast Rd & follow AIRPORT and indications above
My husband Stefano is Italian and is in the Golf Business and I (Josée) I am from Seychelles. We live in the heart of the historic centre of Rome - we love travelling to places with golf courses, archeaological sites, good food & good wine. We are particularly attracted to islands ...Coté Sud, Seychelles, The Best -We love animals and we hve cats as pets at Coté Sud. In Seychelles they normally stay with the housekeeper, Gemma when we are absent. Plse do not feed the cats and they will not disturb you.
When guests book their holidays at Coté Sud I send all useful information. I can also organize the rental cars for our guests Euro 35 Hyundai & Euro 45 for Terios. Shld you need a taxi we have a reliable driver living near Coté Sud and he has a big car - Rate Euro 50/60 per way. You will be greeted by Gemma. Plse give her yr vouhcer of your stay.l. For clients who have to pay the remainder of their stay plse pay in Euro CASH to Gemma when you arrive as previously agreed with you. She will issue a receipt for the amount. Thanks!
Imagine a small picturesque village in the south-western coastline of Mahé island, powdery white beaches, turquoise waters, The beach Anse Intendance of Mahé is spectacular and is characterized by beautiful coastline of 1KM o white sand. At the junction to Intendance Beach you take the road Grand Police which takes you to to Anse Bazarca Anse and Police Bay. This beach is not really suitable for swimming, but it is "wild" and and often deserted - along the beach you can spot a curious tree called "The Shoe Tree". The path along the beach of Police Bay still continues for about 500 m to another beach called Petit Police Bay - The road stops there There are many other beaches between 5 - 20 minutes drive from Coté Sud and 70 beaches on Mahé . There are also many beach restaurants & Caffés in the area and 5 well stocked supermarkets. SEKAAR supermararket can deliver yr goods if you call for yr shoppinhg list. Fish/fruit/veg market at Ase Royale 10 mins drive and also MCB Bank. Many stalls along the road where they sell fruits/veg. there are 2 stalls of fruits on Intendance Road where is located Coté Sud. Church, Clinic, Police Station are 2 Km away from Coté Sud.
