Patrick Labrosse is the owner, assisted by his daughter Melanie, they work together with a friendly team, making it a priority to help guests feel as comfortable as possible. The team are happy to answer any queries and give as much tourist information as possible. With the sun shining every day and tropical sea just a stone throw away, everyone can enjoy their stay here in paradise.

La Villa Therese Holiday Apartments consist of 16 spacious self-catering apartments, offering great value for money with twelve spacious self-contained apartments. We have 6 x Deluxe One bedroom apartments, 4 x Standard One bedroom apartments and 6 x Two bedroom apartments. These holiday apartments are just a couple of minutes walk from some of the most incredible beaches on Mahé. They are split over three levels and offer garden and mountain view rooms. The fully furnished, self-contained apartments offer a relaxing creole style home away from home vibe. Comprising of separate air-conditioned bedrooms with fresh bed linen and towels, spacious living & dining areas, well equipped kitchens with all mod-cons, tasteful bathrooms, laundry facilities and private verandas/balconies with outdoor dining furniture. Ideal for family holidays and couples on vacation.

Anse Royal is a popular beach with the locals, boasting the best swimming beach in the south of Mahé. Quiet during the week you can find yourself alone on a beautiful stretch of white sand and turquoise waters, while on the weekend expect a bit more life with beach parties and family fun for all.
