With its superb beachfront location, Lyla Beach Villa provides accommodation in a detached, modern and spacious Villa. Here you have open plan living, with dining and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 double en-suite bedrooms and separate TV/media area on the first floor.
The Villa has an in-door meets out-door living concept. The living room opens onto to a large sheltered terrace then pool deck with sun loungers, private swimming pool, pool bar and well-manicured tropical gardens.
Lyla Beach Villa has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, 50in flat screen TV with cable channels and safety deposit box in the main bedroom.
The main bedroom opens onto a large balcony with sea view and features en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double vanity wash-hand basins, bidet and WC. Two further bedrooms each with mountain views feature walk-in shower, vanity, wash-hand basin and WC.
Bathroom amenities include complimentary bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.
Access to the property is via remote controlled gate, with free parking for up to 3 cars. External CCTV security cameras and alarm system connected to a security firm

Lyla Beach Villa is located on the south east coast of Mahe, the gateway to so many beautiful places to visit and see. The island itself is just 26km long and 6km wide so all is within easy reach, from the capital Victoria to over 65 white sandy beaches!
Heading south along the coastal road from the Villa you reach several villages, stunning beaches; nice restaurants and shops where you can buy snacks or cold drinks.
Throughout the south there are many interesting walks and trails to enjoy, some taking you up the mountains and others along stunning beaches strewn with magnificent granite boulders.
Hire a car and you can tour the island in a day. Enjoy a picnic on one of the many secluded beaches off the beaten track. Pick up fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers by the road side.
An island tour will take you along to the village of Port Glaud where you will find Port Launay Beach, one of the most wonderful beaches on Mahe. Here you can spend the whole day swimming, snorkelling or just sun bathing. Heading back to Lyla Beach Villa via La Misere mountain road you will see beautiful scenery as well as stunning ocean views and other islands
