Sunset Haven Villa is a newly built four-unit self-catering establishment located in centre of beautiful Beau Vallon, a district renowned as a tourism hotspot in the Seychelles. Each apartment makes up an area of seventy-five square metres and offers complimentary parking and a common area to unwind and relax in a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Furnished with simple and elegant taste, our apartments are fresh, modern and comfortable and feature a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, living room, free Wifi, Cable TV and an open veranda with an awesome panoramic view of the West Coast of Mahe with captivating sunsets on clear days. ** Please note that as of 1st August 2023, the Seychelles Government has introduced an Environmental Levy based on a per person per night basis at SCR 25/ per night per person for our size property.
We are a retired Seychellois couple, Chris and Marievonne, we enjoy hosting guests and promoting our beautiful islands. We live on the property and are available to our guests should they require assistance.
We are situated on a slight elevation with a view of the famous Beau Vallon Beach. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away where you will find several hotels, small boutiques, restaurants and bars. Less than 15 minutes walk away is the centre of the village of Beau Vallon where you will find a Police Station and several supermarkets.
