The Drake Seaside Apartment is a modern, self-catering two-bedroom holiday home in Seychelles, situated in Belombre on the main island of Mahe. Completed in May 2013, it offers contemporary facilities and a prime location close to the sea and main road. Positioned on the first floor of the owner’s house with private access, the property is fully fenced and secured with an electric gate, ensuring privacy and safety. Inside, guests will find an open-plan kitchen and sitting area leading onto a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. A family-run business, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere and nearby assistance if needed. Guests can enjoy a peaceful environment accompanied by the gentle sound of waves. The apartment offers excellent value for families and groups (up to four adults), with a complimentary breakfast starter pack on the first day. The fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering throughout your stay. Due to its proximity to the main road, guests have easy access to local bus services for exploring the island. For beach lovers, a staircase from our garden leads directly down to the beach, ideal for children and snorkelling enthusiasts. The closest shop is just a minute away, and guests can also enjoy using our family kayak during their stay. Located in the northern Belombre district, the apartment is near shops, a high-end hotel with restaurant facilities, St. Roch Roman Catholic Church, and within walking distance of The Grand Kaz Casino, which offers snacks and entertainment. The peaceful location is not far from the renowned Beau Vallon Beach, famous for watersports, restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets. With easy access to the main road, guests can utilise public transport or opt for free parking if hiring a car. We started renting our place as a small hobby, which has since grown into something truly special. Our guests often fall in love with the view the moment they arrive. It gives us great pleasure to see their faces light up as they step onto the balcony. We personally value a clean, well-kept space, so maintaining the apartment to a high standard comes naturally to us. Over time, we’ve had the joy of meeting many wonderful people and even making some lasting friendships. While you’re here, we highly recommend snorkelling right in front of the property, enjoying the Anse Major coastal walk with a taxi-boat ride back, and exploring the many other beautiful experiences the area has to offer.

Since we are close to the main road guests have easy access to the local bus service. Nonetheless, there is free parking space if a car hire is preferred.
