We are Rob and Brenda and we have a passion for Sweden. We have recently become proud owners of Hammarstrands Camping. The campsite consists of 40 places 6 stuga's 4 four persons and 2 double, stuga villa and the two holiday houses Lillens Pålgård 7 persons 4 rooms and Holiday home Hammarstrand 4 persons where you can enjoy the silence of beautiful Sweden. With us hospitality is of paramount importance, but we also find time for each other important and enjoy the walks with our dog Max. Come and enjoy Sweden.

Hammarstrand camping, cottage and café. Beautifully situated campsite between Östersund and Sundsvall at the hamlet Hammarstrand on the Indalsälven in Jämtland municipality Ragunda. The whole year also opens cottage rental and a 2 person bungalow incl. Shower and kitchen. The campsite has a quiet location in the middle of nature and overlooks the river Indalsälven, where you can swim from the campsite and fish from the campsite is free. There are also boats and canoes for hire and you can reach the river directly from the campsite. The campsite has 36 pitches with electricity, 10 without, 4 paved camper pitches without power, 2 double cabins, 4 four person cabins, a spacious 2 person bungalow incl. Shower and kitchen. On the campsite is a beautifully renovated heated sanitary building with ladies and gentlemen, toilets and showers, a family shower and a disabled shower and toilet all for free. There is also a fitted kitchen with all pots, pans, 2 ovens, microwave, refrigerator. A washing machine is in the service house and is available for a small fee. There is a separate room where you can leave your caravan / camper's toilet.

Ragunda Old Church This wooden church with its beautiful ceiling and walls is worth visiting more than 1364. Near the church the Hembygdsgarden there are regular exposieties about culture, school, gardens this Hembygdsgarden is for all ages. The Krangede Museum in this museum shows you how people used to work and what kind of resources there are beautiful paintings and you can do a Fika. Döda Fallet (the dead waterfall) is 12 kilometers from the campsite. At 5 minutes from the campsite you are in the ski resort Kullstabacken of Hammarstrand. In the vicinity of Kullstabacken you will find everything you need. The drop height is 220 meters and there is a ski school, ski hire and cafeteria. For families with children, this ski slope is an excellent option, as it is nicer and a bit quieter! 3 varied slopes and a children's slope with a varied offer and beautiful views. Longest run is 1200m with 220m height difference. The Thai pavilion is 25 kilometers away. The magic begins far away in an unknown place, but it takes you to a beautiful Swedish village, like a wonderland of itself. 10,000 kilometers away
