My property is a good example of what a Swedish home can look like.The atmopshere is warm and homely.My property is special because my B&B guests have the upper floor of my house all to themselves.The bedroom has a wooden ceiling and a parquet floor.central heating and triple glazing.The bed is very comfortable. In the bathroom the floor and the walls are tiled.There is a shower,wash-basin,toilet,hairdrier The living room is spacious,39 m2,wooden ceiling,parquet floor,comfortable sitting area,TV,sofa table and a table with six chairs.You can put the kettle on and make tea /coffee.A door opens up to the big balcony with a small round garden table and two armchairs.Here you can relax,breathe fresh air and enjoy the view. Breakfast is served downstairs in my big kitchen.My guests can decide at what time they want to have breakfast.
A ten minute ride by car or bus you are at Vällingby City/centre. Here you have everything: department store,shops,bank,cinema,restaurants,pubs,McDonald's, pizzeria,hair dressers,coffee shops,indoor swimming pool,gym. Ten minutes by car in the opposite direction you have Lake Mälaren where you can go for a swim in summer,lovely walking areas along the lake or in the woods.There is also a nine hole golf course in the neighbourhood.
