Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of rural life while still being close to the city's restaurants, shops and attractions. Horses graze just outside, and the property offers beautiful views towards Östersund and Frösön. The 100 m² detached house is spread over two floors, with part of the living area featuring a stunning open ceiling reaching over five metres. The bright, open-plan living space includes a large crystal chandelier, a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas and armchairs, a massage chair, and a spacious dining table for family meals or evenings with friends. Outside, you'll find a private patio with barbecue facilities – the perfect place to relax on warm summer days and long Scandinavian evenings. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm king-size bed and a small toilet with a washbasin. There is also a cosy lounge with a sofa bed for two guests, a reading chair, a TV and a baby cot. On the ground floor, the second bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed and is conveniently located next to the main bathroom, which includes a spacious shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, changing table and ironing facilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. You'll also have access to a coffee machine, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a built-in sound system throughout the house. Welcome to Stallbackens Gård! I live here with my husband and our three children. We are an active family who love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, skiing, playing football (soccer) or simply enjoying nature together. We also share a passion for animals and countryside life. In August 2026, our dream of living on a horse farm became a reality. Our farm is home to between five and seven horses, depending on the season, and we truly enjoy the peaceful lifestyle it offers. One of the things we enjoy most about hosting is giving our guests the opportunity to experience the tranquillity of the countryside while still being close to everything Östersund has to offer.
