Company info

We live here in Hammarstrand since february 2024. We moved from the Netherlands to Sweden because of i'ts beautiful nature, clean air, peace and the people! We love to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Of course we would love to tell you all about our beautiful area. Since we are a family business we are flexible and will always put in just that little bit more effort to make you feel at home. Breakfast is inlcuded for the b&b rooms and can be booked separately in the budget rooms of the vandrarhem. Please let us now if you have any allergies or a diet that we can take into account.

Property info

The 18th century swedish farmhouse offers comfortable and cosy guestrooms with private or shared bathroom facilities. Lergodset is situated in Hammarstrand, Ragundadalen. The village offers all necessary commodities and is surrounded by beautiful natural areas with great opportunities for hiking, running, cycling, (cross country) skiing or fishing. We love making all our guests feel at home feel welcome.

Neighborhood info

Hammarstrand is located central near many beautiful natural areas and inside Geopark Indalsälven. We are close to Döda Fallet, Meå Fallet, Thai Pavilion and many hiking trails. Hammarstrand has good bus connections to Östersund and Sundsvall. In summer there are beautiful hiking trails and swimming lakes. In winter there are many great cross country tracks starting just behind our B&B. The village has a ski lift and ski slopes, all the necessary shops and a few restaurants and café's. Going on a snow scooter safari or a dog sledge ride is also a possibility in winter. Looking for elk? In winter many reindeer and elk visit our village, they will sometimes block the road. If you are lucky you can also see the beautiful northern lights from October until March.
