The off-grid log cabin is situated amidst Sweden’s beautiful, wild landscape, nestled right between the river and the forest. It is a little paradise where you can rediscover what it means to live in harmony with nature. Here, you can enjoy a truly restful sleep and recharge your energy; in the morning, you will wake up to nothing but the sounds of birds and the natural world. The accommodation is built primarily from natural materials; combined with the peaceful surroundings, you will be amazed at the positive impact this has on your well-being. It is a wonderful place to regain your strength and positive energy. Activities include hiking, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), fishing, wildlife and nature watching, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, and outdoor fitness—or simply relaxing by the campfire or in the hot tub. A special highlight is the "Nature Dome," where you can admire the scenery or spend a night under the starry sky. As we are off-grid, things don't always work at the push of a button like they do in a city hotel; many tasks require more time and personal effort. This is a place for nature lovers, not couch potatoes! Bed linen and towels are included for stays of two nights or more. For one-night stays, bed linen and towels can be rented for 100 SEK per person. Access to the bathroom in the main house is also available for an additional fee of 100 SEK per day. (The outdoor toilet and outdoor shower are free of charge.) The nearest supermarket is 25 km away, so it is advisable to stock up on supplies—such as firewood for the barbecue, groceries, and drinks—on your way there.

The cabin is located in central Sweden, in Dalarna, a region that has something wonderful to offer in every season. It's not too far from Central Europe, making it easily accessible by car or camper-van. It's also quickly reachable by plane from both Stockholm and Oslo. Winters aren't too cold, but it's still far enough north to offer a true winter wonderland and wilderness experience. Several national parks and ski resorts are nearby. Dalarna is the heart of Sweden and truly beautiful.
