Welcome to Värsjö Guesthouse, Blueberry Hill. This is our 50m2 quest house, situated on a small hill just outside of the Homestay. If you wish, i can meet and greet you upon check-in, or, we can just leave the key in the door. There is a complete guide in the guesthouse that anwers most questions. The guide is available in swedish, english, german, french, polish and dutch. There is fiber-wifi in the house and a complete kitchen. Bed linens are included in the price. We have a small boat just 200m from the house, it is featured in the pictures. It is included in the price, and there are life vests available in the guesthouse if you wish to use. Fishing is allowed if you buy a fishing license, which is super-easy online and cheap.. If you bring your own fishing equipment, please remember to disinfect them, since the lake is protected by Natura 2000 strict eco-laws and great care is taken to protect the uniqe and delicate crayfish in the lake. Ask me for the best spots to beat the pike-record =). The hot tub is fire-wood heated, Firewood can be bought from us at a good and fair price. There are clean towels in the bathroom, included in the price. There are also chickens, two friendly fat cats on the homestay, as well as three rabbits. The whole property is however fenced off. The rooster does love his voice, but we do not let him out too early in the morning. If you are fishing, the cats do appreciate a small cat-tax. Don't hesitate to write us if you have any questions! Welcome to Sjöholma, at the south tip of lake Värsjö. A fantastic area with such great natural treasures. Feel free to explore the serene lake with our rowing boat. Numerous hike paths in the forest, mushroom picking, berry foraging and fishing. Plenty of fish in the lake, for the skilled fisherman =). Great wildlife, especially bird-life. Loon, swans, geese, several different birds of prey and even white-tailed eagle which i have spotted twice in three years.
