Välkomna till detta praktiska trevliga hus. Charmigt inrett ala 50 -70 tal. Modernt kök och badrum. Allt finns.

Property info

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. 3 km till Kivik med mataffär/ fiskaffär/apotek/restauranger/surfskola/simskola mm. Sandstranden likaså. Nära till allt. Tänk på att husdjur är tillåtna och att det normalt bor katt i huset. Små kaniner finns i bur på tomten. Barn brukar tycke det är bra här. Huset är stort och generöst.

Neighborhood info

Ligger högt och fint ovanöver Kivik. med viss havsutsikt. Cykelvänligt. Hyra cyklar finns möjlighet till på Ravlunda cykel. Nära både Haväng och Vitemöllas fina stränder.
