Surrounded by mountain nature, Camp Ripan is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. It offers free WiFi, in-room flat-screen TVs and traditional, seasonal Swedish and Sami food. Parking is free on site. Spread across 3 buildings, Ripan's cosy, chalet-style rooms have private entrances and bathrooms with showers. You will also find a private ski storage. Restaurant Ripan features local Nordic ingredients including reindeer and fish. The Aurora Spa can be accessed for a surcharge. Ski tracks and hiking trails are right next door. Snowmobiling, ice fishing and dog sledding are popular in winter. Summer leisure options include horse riding, guided city tours and hiking.
