Here you live quietly and privately in an newly renovated apartment in an old house right next to the city center with proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment Just a stone's throw from Central Station in own fresh apartment with two rooms, own toilet and kitchenette. Shower is in a separate lockable room right next to the apartment on the same floor. The shower is shared with 1 additional person. Walking distance to NUS and the university. Close to everything! Fully equipped accommodation for short and long stays. Welcome

Neighborhood info

Peaceful and central area just a few steps from city center and Central station. Västerbottens museum in beattiful Gammlia only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Perfect skiing and in summertime jogging in the Gammlia forest. Nice parks in the area and walking distance to NUS and University. If you want to take the bus it s bus from city center.
