Här kan du bo i ett nybyggt gårdshus byggt med charm och stillighet. Närhet till både hav, berg, skog och motionsspår. Beläget 3km från Hudiksvalls centrum i närheten av Malnbadens camping och strand, resturarang mm. Huset är ett gårdshus med 35m2 i botten plus sovloft. Njut av lugnet och stillheten på en madrass eller i soffan framför den varma kaminen. Tillgång till vedeldad bastu finns. Carport att parkera bilen.
Gårdshuset står på en hörntomt av en villagata närmast skog. Det är gångavstånd till hav, strand, motionsspår, skidspår, buss (3km till Husik city), berg och natur. Det går bra att ta med sig egen cykel, promenera, åka buss, 200m till busshållplats, 3km till stan.
