Welcome to this unique home with proximity to both the play and swimming area as well as golf course and slalom slope, overlooking Ljungan. You live in a part of our house, with a private entrance and have the entire home to yourself. The entrance leads through a glass-enclosed porch into a smaller hallway with a tiled stove and an adjoining sleepingkk alcove with a 140 cm bed. Two more beds are available in a sofa bed in the living room. The home has two working tiled stoves. Internet included with full speed 250 Mb, also TV with channels

There is a swimming area in a small lake nearby (Dyket), you can also go down to thee river Ljungan. Itś also quite near to to Bergafjärden. You can easily go by Bike. There are nice hikining trails for instance around the lake Dyket. Sundsvalls golf court is nearby. In wintertime are there several places skiing downhill and country.
