Cozy design apartment close to the beach and neighbour to the golf course in Beddingestrand. Perfect apartment for the couple, friends or family with kids. The entire apartment is designed with a Beach House feeling in colors and material. It's light, calm and spacious, and has room for your belongings. Parking spot with electric charger available directly outside the house. The 55 m² large apartment, built 2023, is situated at floor 2 and 3, having the best location at the end of the house. The air condition is portable for warm summer nights. The sauna is shared in separate building and needs reservation. When entering the apartment on second floor there is hallway, fully equipped kitchen, table for 6 persons, comfortable chairs, sofa and a smart-TV, looking like a picture frame, including Chromecast. Here is also a harmonious bathroom with combined washing-, and drying machine and an 8 m² balcony. The bedroom on top floor has four comfortable beds (2 double beds (140 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm, bunk beds)), which can easily accommodate six persons, and blackout curtains. On top floor there is also a big 12 m² sunny terrace.
Welcome to our summer getaway! We are an engineering couple living in the south of Sweden. We have four kids, enjoy outdoor activities and love spending time in Beddingestrand ourselves.
Lovely nature, minigolf and restaurants around the corner. Come here and enjoy peace and rest or active lifestyle. Outdoor gym, padel and running trails in the close vicinity. A short walk brings you to the white sandy beach, ice cream bar (summer time) or the grocery store. The ideal stop on the swedish south-coast!
