The garden house (studio apartment) is privately located in the front garden of our house. It has its own entrance and i accessed by a code for the door. The place is small but cosy with a big window, newly renovated (2026). The garden is well maintained and inhabits birds and squirrels. In the spring and summer there are many flowers and plants. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden, under a roof or under the sky. There are several places to sit (garden furniture's) and you can also use a garden grill. Our property is located close to Stockholm City, 8 min walk to the train station, 10 min by train to Stockholm City. Close by (5 min walk) is a store where you can by food. A few restaurant's are also available close by.
Me (Katrin) and my family of five lives upstairs in the yellow house besides the garden house. I am the one that enjoys gardening so you might see me outside doing stuff... I hope like our place!
