Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. They can be rented at the price of SEK 100 for bed linen and SEK 50 for towels per person and stay. Payable directly to the host by cash, Swish or Vipps. Also note that cleaning is not included in the rent. As guest you are responsible to make sure the house is clean before check-out. If you wish to avoid doing the cleaning yourself, you can purchase it of the host; - for accommodation 1-2 nights SEK 400 or EUR 40. - for accommodation 3-7 nights SEK 700 or EUR 70. Payable directly to the host by cash. Change money will be given in SEK at the rate 1EUR-10SEK.

A newly renovated guest cabin of 50m2 including a sleeping loft (180cm in ceiling height) located in a beautiful and well-kept private garden. Picnic and barbecue area available. Fully equipped kitchen without dishwasher. In the sleeping loft there is one bedroom with three 90cm beds and a second bedroom with one 90cm bed. Living room with dining area, smart TV with swedish channels, Netflix etc. A sofa that can be made into a bed for one person. Ground floor is well air-conditioned, slightly warmer sleeping loft. Blankets and pillows are available. Small children cannot be left unsupervised in the garden as there is a stream and a pond on the grounds.

10 minutes by car to Kolmården Zoo. 1km to Bråviken ocean front and Sandviken with restaurant and ice cream. 2km to the center of Krokek with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, bus and train at Kolmården station. In the area around Kolmården/Krokek there are several nice swimming lakes, for example Lilla Älgsjön and Böksjön.
