One level for a chain house in Eneby, 56 sqm, basement with a private entrance. The area is quite, safe and family friendly. The place has fully equipped kitchenette with all necessities (except no fan above the stove), as well as a complete laundry room equipped with washing machine and a new dryer (laundry room is shared with the owner in case of long period reservation, more than one week). Towels and bedding are provided. Fresh renovated bathroom with shower. 50 inch TV, Chromecast, 500 Mbs Wifi.
I am Mina, working in Engineering and Projects Management industry, living in Sweden with Mediterranean origin (Egypt/Greece). Love to travel around the globe with my family. Enjoy the nature and fascinated by the sea breeze.
The area is very quite, safe and family friendly. The place is 1 min walk to the tram station (vidablick) where you have free parking in the street. 700m to Eneby Centrum, 750m to Ingelsta shopping mall with most of restaurants and grocery stores are 750m, forest is 3 mins walk, Eneby centrum is 700m, Train station is 10 mins with the tram, university is 12 mins with the tram. The owner is living in the upper level of the floor of the house, who you may contact in case of any request or question.
