Welcome to our little part of the forest! Hiking trails are just around the corner, our chickens and ducks are out and about in the pasture and if you're lucky, the sheep are home to greet you upon arrival. PaulssonPaleo is run by three generations of Paulsson Bishop. We aim for self-sufficiency in meat and vegetables, and offer courses in fermentation, yoga and nutrition. Our guests enjoy the beautiful rooms, the peaceful surroundings and our amazing breakfasts: homemade gluten-free sourdough bread, freshly laid eggs and yogurt with berries from the forest and garden. Many guests point out how well they sleep while on the farm. The bubbling brook and wind in the trees will rock you to sleep and if you're lucky, you may even hear an owl or cuckoo. Our guests are welcome to take a look around both the garden and the farm - and of course say hello to our beloved animals! For those who want to add a little extra to their stay, there is a barbecue area with a view of the fields (and sometimes the sheep). The wood-fired sauna is located right next door and can be rented upon arrival.

Cecilia, Catharina and Simon are the team behind PaulssonPaleo. It all started at the kitchen table in London, when we decided to do something completely different with our lives. We swapped office work for a small farm in Simlångsdalen. Here we teach courses in fermentation and yoga, grow and raise animals and welcome BnB guests from all over the world.

In Simlångsdalen - Halland's wilderness paradise - there is plenty to discover. Miles of hiking trails, lovely swimming spots, lakes full of fish and a wonderful waterfall - Danska Fall!
