The house is located in the forest in a quiet village. It offers complete privacy and tranquility in the middle of nature. In 2017, the house was completely rebuilt and equipped with all comforts. There is 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you can enjoy the sun on the terrace with garden furniture. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in the price! There is also free WiFi at your disposal. Pets are also welcome with us without extra charge.
My name is Lammert and I live in the Netherlands with my wife. In 2022, our son and his family decided to emigrate to Sweden. Because we would like to be with them as often as possible, we decided to buy a holiday home near them. And that became this house in Kolsätt. We enjoy our holiday home immensely and want to share this enjoyment with others. That is why we rent out our holiday home during the periods that we are in the Netherlands ourselves. The rental is fully taken care of by our son and his wife. They know this area very well and can therefore also help you find the most beautiful sights and activities in the area!
The house is located in the middle of the forest on the edge of the small village of Kolsätt. Close to the river Ljusnan. In nature there is a lot of wildlife to spot such as foxes, deer, elk, bears, birds of prey and much more. If you are lucky you can also see the Northern Lights! The best times to see the Northern Lights are in the months of March and September, but it is also possible in the other months. The larger town of Sveg is about 26 km away. Here you will find several shops such as supermarkets, clothing stores, gas stations, restaurants, cafes, etc. There is also an indoor swimming pool, playgrounds, cinema, mini golf and much more. Furthermore, there are many activities possible in the area such as hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming, visiting museums and much more.
