The property is one minute walk from the shallow sandy beach and the 125-meter-long bathing jetty in Köpingsvik on Öland. In our apartment you live good and close to both swimming and activities. The apartment consists of a room kitchenette and toilet and shower. There is a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The apartment has a induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, air fryer and coffee maker. In addition, a spacious furnished patio with awning and electric grill and garden views. The association also has a common service house which has recently been renovated. There are two large kitchens with refrigerator, freezer and several ovens, also seating for dinner indoors. The service house also has a bathroom with toilets, showers and a laundry room. Parking space on site. Final cleaning is included in room rate. 7 - 15% discount on weekly bookings.
We ourselves have been living permanently in Köpingsvik since 2018 and enjoy every day all year round. In the summer of 2022, we bought the apartment as an extra accommodation for visiting children and friends, but also to be able to offer new guests affordable accommodation in a fantastic environment. Welcome!
Just a few minutes from the apartment is the chalk-white sandy beach and bathing jetty, which during the summer offers dining and live music. There are also two classic summer restaurants, Restaurant Standbaden and Sinusrestaurangen. There are several good restaurants in Köpingsvik and it is only 3.5 km to Borgholm where the restaurant selection is good all year round. Borgholm can be easily reached by car, local bus or bicycle along the nice car-free cycle path. For the golfer, it is only 15 km to Ekerums GK with two 18-hole courses and 35 km to Ölands Golfklubb in Källa. There are plenty of sights and excursion destinations, for information we recommend "swedishnomad" and "4000mil"
