The hosts are a Chinese couple who run a campsite in Sweden. They are financially well-off, warm, friendly, and easygoing. They are always ready to help guests and love children and animals. They treat every guest as a friend and respect each guest's individual needs. There are no bad guests, only a room for improvement in communication and service. If you are not satisfied, it must be because of a communication problem or a lack of opportunity to communicate. We appreciate and welcome our guests who have needs at any time and are dedicated to serving you!

The house is located at the end of the main street by the sea, on a relatively quiet beach. It has a garden with apples, plums, pears, and grapes available for picking in their respective seasons. Mushrooms can also be found in the forest behind the house in July and August. The house includes a kitchen (equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.), a dining room, a sea-view living room (with an electric piano), a sea-view sunroom, a second-floor balcony, a sauna, four bedrooms, three separate bathrooms, and a newly renovated loft that can be used as a guest room. There is also a children's playground and a desk with a view for working. The garden has a trampoline for children and a barbecue area. Swimming is possible on the beach, and fishing is possible in the lake area by the sea. A campsite 1 km away is also owned by the landlord; guests who pre-book breakfast (100 kr/per for adults, 80 kr/per for children) will enjoy it at the campsite. The recreational facilities at the campsite are also free for guests to use.

The surrounding area has beautiful scenery, campgrounds, the historic Bergkvara Gästhamn harbor, a ship museum, and numerous hiking and cycling trails. It's also just 44 kilometers from Kalmar's old town center, and the beautiful Kalmar Castle or shopping centers. A short driving across the Öland Bridge leads to the Öland Zoo, a paradise for children. On the way to the world-famous Kostaboda crystal exhibition and outlet, there's a deer park where you can hike, get up close to the deer, and purchase deer products. The accommodation is less than two hours from the beautiful port city of Karlskrona, with its beautiful islands, the Marin Museum, and the vibrant city festival every summer.
