I’ve put a lot of love into creating a space that feels welcoming, relaxed and genuinely Gotlandic – with bright, natural light, rustic details, and a peaceful garden perfect for morning coffee or slow evenings. The house has everything you need for an easy stay: spacious bedrooms with quality beds and linens, a fully equipped kitchen with both a regular coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, and a cozy living room with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers. The garden has two terraces, a grill, and even the classic Gotland game "Kubb" – ideal for families, couples or friends. I want every guest to feel at home from the moment they arrive, so I always prepare the house with fresh linens, thoughtful touches, and local tips to help you get the most out of your stay. My goal is to make sure you can simply relax and enjoy Gotland at your own pace.

Hi! My name is Felix Malmlöf, and I’m a lawyer and entrepreneur based in Stockholm. Since 2017, I’ve been working in the legal field, mainly focusing on civil law, property law, and construction law. Within 10–20 minutes by car, you’ll reach stunning spots like Fårö, Sudersand Beach, the turquoise waters of Blue Lagoon, and the unique cultural area of Bungenäs with its restaurant, gallery, and beautiful coastal views. Nearby, you’ll also find local bakeries like the charming Stenungsbageriet, small farm shops, and picturesque fishing villages like Kyllaj and Lickershamn. The nearest grocery store is in Lärbro, just a few minutes away.
