Hos oss får ni bo i ett mysigt rum på vår tomt. Ni har egen ingång och tillgång till egen uteplats precis utanför dörren. Vi har en stor tomt som ligger precis vid Nya Kalmarsundsbadet där det finns en badbrygga som är 180 meter lång och en mysig glasskiosk.
Boendet ligger nära ett motionsspår som tar er ut till en härlig natur, där man kan besöka platsen Gustav Vasa landsteg. Ni har endast 15 min promenad in till centrum. Både restauranger och kulturliv runt hörnet. Vi har 3 restauranger och 3 pizzerior inom 1 km. Kalmar Slott ser ni bara ni går utanför tomten. Och i Slottsparken ligger även Kalmar Konstmuseum.
