Welcome to spend a part of your vacation in my home and hometown Grebbestad. The house is built in 2025 and is fully furnished. There is one bedroom with a King size bed and a queen size guest bed in the first floor, as shown in the pictures. The surrounding nature belongs to the property and works as a wild nature garden and keeps the property private and secluded. The house is built with few windows towards the street in order to protect your privacy, and with big windows towards the garden side to provide a great view over the own property and the valley below. The terass on the first floor is 30 m2 and has an out door dinner table for 4 persons to enjoy your lovely private summer lunches and dinners. The roof top terass provides you with two sunbeds and a a little cocktail table for your well deserved sundowners. You have a private parking on the property.

The property is located between a very nice beach called Grönemad in one direction, and the town center with all the restaurants and stores in the other direction. All in a walking distance of 10 minutes.
