Nyrenoverad timmerstuga i genuin bymiljö. Stort kök med matplats och TV-hörna. Badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Sovrum med dubbelsäng. I köket finns även möjlighet att bädda i kökssoffa (bäddmått ca 175*90 cm). Allt renoverat under 2025. Det är nedre plan på stugan som disponeras av hyresgäst. Övre plan hyrs ej ut.
Genuin dalaby endast 2km från centrala Leksand (gång- och cykelväg hela vägen). Ca 300 meter till stor skog med fina löparspår, skidspår, MTB-leder, discgolf och bär- och svampplockning. Stugan ligger på värdens tomt. Ej enskilt.
