ABOUT OUR STUDIO APARTMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIELD, CLOSE TO TOWN AND BEACH A newly built large studio apartment on a farm from the 18th century located in the old stable. You are in the middle of a field in Öja, a short distance outside Ystad with a view over miles of fields with a glimpse of the city. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two junior beds. The sleeping loft has three single beds and a desk. Living room with sofa corner and kitchen table with space for 9 people and a high chair. In the living room there is also a sofa bed of 120 cm. There is fast and free unlimited WiFi and a TV with chromecast. There are two extra mattresses to put on the floor if needed, but still a maximum of 9 people living in the apartment. Bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen with the appliances needed for a holiday home. There are also some spices, plastic bags, foil and other things that may be needed in a kitchen. The studio has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the middle of Österlen and Söderslätt with all the attractions nearby. There are cycle stops to the beach and town, and bicycle rental is available nearby. You are welcome to the farm in the country but close to town and the beach. Thank you so much for choosing to stay at our home! I, Bo, have lived on the farm for about 50 years, with a few years off when I lived inside Ystad. My wife Käthe and I moved here to my parents' home 34 years ago and our three sons have all grown up on the farm. Today we often have visits from children and grandchildren. We also have a dog, Otto, who is a 14-year-old perro de agua espanol, and we have our son's dog, Luke, who is a 7-year-old cocker spaniel. Käthe and I both work partly from home. We love our farm, living close to town and the beach and this area and we hope you will enjoy the quietness and proximity to everything in the area.
