Hello, I´m Jan Iver, a Norwegian living in Sweden. This is my paradise and I welcome You as guests in my guesthouse. My dog Otto is a very friendly large dog that also want to get to know You. The bathroom w toilet and shower is in the main building and accessible at any time. Recharge your electric car, a typ2 vallbox 6 kWh for an extra fee of 100 SEK/day

Property info

A place for recreation or just rest for the night. Close from the main road E4 situated about 60 km north of Örnsköldsvik and 60 km south of Umeå. A position by the sea with refreshing bath and swimming in the bay. Walk in the woods nearby and feel the silence. Almost midnight sun june and july. Spectacular sunrises and sunset views. Lots of wildlife with birds, hare, fox, deer and moose, sometimes reindeer. A new house is being built this summer so there is a lot of building materials etc. on the plot.

Neighborhood info

A quite neighborhood with a few summerhouses. The property is direct to the sea, a small beach and a bathing jetty. Very easy to take a swim in the wondeful seawater.
